Agreement and license

Ente Cash is personal finance record-keeping software provided by Discernmax. By creating an account, you accept this agreement. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Ente Cash while your account is in good standing and you comply with this agreement. You do not acquire ownership of the software, its code, design or trademarks.

Permitted use

Use the software for your own lawful financial records, planning and reporting. Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for entries made through your account and for checking the accuracy of reports before relying on them. Ente Cash is a record-keeping tool; it does not provide banking, investment, tax or other professional financial advice.

Reminder and notification features

Calendar, bill, loan, budget, daily log and summary alerts are tools to help you review your records. You control optional email and App / push choices in Settings, and browser push also depends on permission and an active device. The daily log reminder is optional and is sent only if no income or expense has been recorded for that day. The app checks scheduled alerts at intervals; a chosen time is an estimate, not a promise of exact delivery. Continue to monitor due dates, balances and payments yourself, and do not treat an alert or its absence as confirmation that a financial obligation has been met. Ask EC, receipt scans and UPI QR links

Ask EC is an automated guide to app features and general money habits. It does not read your private account data, act for you or provide advice tailored to your financial situation. Receipt scanning proposes an expense draft from an image you choose to submit; you must review and save the entry yourself. AI output can contain mistakes. UPI QR scanning opens an external payment link after an eligible expense is saved and does not confirm that a payment was completed. Check the recipient and amount before approving any payment in your UPI app.

Use these optional features only with questions, recordings, images and QR codes you are entitled to submit or scan. Do not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or other payment credentials. The Privacy Policy explains the related data handling and third-party processing.

Restrictions

Do not access another person's records without their permission, share credentials to bypass account controls, interfere with the service, attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits, or use the software for unlawful or fraudulent activity. Do not submit content you have no right to use.

Your information and family access

You retain your rights in the information you enter. You permit us to store and process it to provide the features you choose, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Family access is granted only after the invited person accepts it and can be revoked through the application. An accepted family head can view the invited person's financial dashboard and records in read-only form. Share invitations only with people you intend to invite.

Plans and referral rewards

Access to paid features depends on the plan and payment status shown before purchase. The Pricing Policy explains trials, family add-ons, referral discounts and when rewards become available. A family invitation or account signup alone does not guarantee a referral payment. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Cancellation / Refund Policy.

Availability and account action

We may maintain or change the software, and outages may occur. We may restrict or suspend access for security threats, abuse or material breaches of this agreement. You can request account deletion through the available account controls or contact support@ente.cash. Any retention after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsibility and changes

We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted or that reports will produce a particular financial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate entries, unauthorised credential sharing or third-party outages beyond our control. Nothing in this agreement limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. We may update this agreement and will give notice of material changes before they apply where required. Continued use after an applicable update means you accept the updated agreement.
